Employee engagement ranks Stena Metall as one of the employers of the year

For the fourth year in a row, Stena Metall was one of the three finalists as Employer of the Year in the Construction, Manufacturing, and Industrials category at the Brilliant Awards - Employee Experience. The recognition is a result of the Group's performance in the employee survey.

Brilliant Awards - Employee Experience is an annual award for organizations that have created a work environment with many highly engaged employees. The result is solely based on data from companies’ employee surveys. Since the award is 100 % data-based, it is the employees' engagement that determines who gets awarded.

This year, 230,000 responses from employees in 240 companies from 70 countries form the basis for the award.
