Recruitment for Stena Metall's trainee program is now open

Recruitment for the next round of Stena Metall's trainee program Care for Potential has begun. Candidates can choose to apply for trainee positions at eight companies in five countries.

The Care for Potential Trainee Program is designed to fast-track ambitious graduates into key operational leadership roles. Stena Metall is looking for high-potential individuals who combine business acumen with the drive to create measurable results, and who want to build a long-term career within the Stena Metall Group. This to meet future business needs and enable Stena Metall to be at the forefront within its business areas.

The companies represented in this round of Care for Potential are Stena Recycling Sweden, Stena Recycling Finland, Stena Recycling Poland, Stena Recycling Norway, Stena Recycling Italy, Stena Aluminium, Stena Oil and Stena Confidential.

The program will start in September 2026 and run for 10 months.
