Change in Stena Metall AB's board of directors

As previously announced, Anders Jansson will step down from his position as President & CEO of Stena Metall AB at the end of the financial year on 1 September 2022 and will be succeeded by Kristofer Sundsgård.

In connection with this, Anders Jansson will take over as Chairman of Stena Metall AB's Board of Directors from Dan Sten Olsson, who will remain as member of the Board.
