As previously announced, Anders Jansson will step down from his position as President & CEO of Stena Metall AB at the end of the financial year on 1 September 2022 and will be succeeded by Kristofer Sundsgård.
After 23 years as President and CEO of Stena Metall, Anders Jansson has decided to retire in connection with the end of the fiscal year August 31, 2022.
As part of a strategic review of the Group, the decision has been taken to divest Stena Components. The buyer is Lazarus Industriförvaltning AB.
Dan Sten Olsson has transferred his entire shareholdings in Stena Metall AB, the parent company in the Stena Metall Group, to his children Selma Olsson Åkefeldt and William Olsson.
